Bang! Number three is here!

Here comes another exciting coffee to the assortment. A bit unusual with coffee from the part of the world at our latitudes. Papua New Guinea. Coffee in PNG is mostly processed using the traditional wet method, with drying using mechanical dryers, raised beds or 'sails'. Sails are tarps stretched under the sun to provide clean space to dry the beans. This coffee includes a premium for the Jerry Kapka School Project. Medium roast with notes of chocolate and wine.
